Location: Left her residence in the area of 400 Morehouse Drive in New Castle, DE.

Investigation Details: On January 21, 2006, Risha left her residence in the 400 block of Morehouse Drive in New Castle, DE, and went to visit a friend in the 200 block of W. Pulaski Highway in Elkton, MD. At 1:30 am, Risha called home and stated she was returning home, but she never arrived. Her vehicle, 1997 White Ford Crown Victoria was located in Newark, DE in October 2006.
