Randa Jawhari was last seen on February 11, 2009 in the city of Fenton, Michigan. Her last known location was at her apartment located in the 3000 block of Shiawassee Avenue near U.S. 23. Her sister spoke to her at 11:30 pm on the night she disappeared. Jawhari hasn’t been seen or heard from since.

Randa was 42 years old when she disappeared from her apartment at 3464 Shiawassee Ave., a quarter of a mile east of U.S. 23. Jawhari suffers from bipolar disorder, depression and other medical conditions. She requires medication and is considered to be legally incapacitated.

Randa’s mother Anisse Jawhari was caring for Randa’s daughter at the time because of Randa’s health. After dropping her off at school, she drove to Randa’s apartment to check on her, but Randa was gone. The front door was open, Jawhari’s clothes were laid out, her bed didn’t appear to have been slept in, the coffee pot was cold, and nothing was missing from the home, not even her coat, identification or cigarettes.

Fenton police had been in contact with Randa on February 10 at 10 a.m, the day before she disappeared. She was reportedly wandering and asking for money at the Owen Road McDonald’s restaurant. A Fenton police officer drove her back to her apartment.

Jawhari didn’t have a cell phone, a vehicle or a driver’s license when she disappeared and walked places or depended on others for transportation.

Randa is a white female with brown hair & brown eyes, standing 5’1″ tall and weighing approximately 100 pounds. She has pierced ears and a Cesarean section scar on her abdomen.
