Two people were found shot in a vehicle inside Fairmount Park on Friday, November 6, 2015. At 2:40 p.m., Philadelphia Police Officers responded to the 800 block of Lemon Hill Drive and located two people inside a white Toyota Sequoia parked on the grass. The rear passenger window was broken out. Shakoor Arline and Lisa Smith, 32-year-old Hispanic female, had been shot in their heads. Medical personnel arrived and pronounced both victims deceased at the scene.
