Monica Still Smoking, Disappeared then found Murdered in Montana in 1979.
Monica was 8 years old when she was kidnapped from Napi Elementary School in Browning, Montana on December 17th, 1979. Her uncle discovered her body frozen in the snow near Glacier National Park about a week later. The FBI investigated Monica's case for not even 3 weeks according to family and never made any arrests. They believe Monica's case was not prioritized as it should have been.
